  Hundings Rages is always a solid stamina choice.
  Shacklebreaker for more resources.
  New Moon for an offensive set.
  Fortified Brass for high resistances in medium armor.
  Death's Wind has a fun proc that may or may not be useful depending on playstyle.
  
  For a very niche set you'll outgrow naturally as you get used to Stam Sorc, Whitestrake's Retribution. Its not a great set, but the damage shield at low health is rather nice for surviving mistakes while learning a new spec.

  If you're starting in no-cp I recommend medium armor shacklebreaker-legion-troll king with sugar skulls, orc or nord as race. Go for tri-stat glyphs on armor so you get even more off-stats, and as for mundus warrior, serpent or steed are all good choices, choose on what you feel is lacking.
  
  If Orc get one or two protective on jewelry, go 5 medium 2 heavy to get some more resistances, if nord then go all infused jewelry to maximize stats that matter.
  
  You could replace legion with another damage set of your choice, like alchemist or truth. The reason I recommend going for such high hp regen and even sacrifice stam regen to go tri-stat food, is because stamsorc gets a lot of bonus %hp-stam regen from passives, and you also have enough base damage modifiers to hit really really hard.
  
  So in a nutshell you have good base sustain, the best passives in the game for dealing damage, but you don't have much when it comes to healing yourself. So thats where hp regen comes in very useful.
  
  If you don't care for any of that and want to rely on streak to survive that is also a playstyle that can work fine, if you build pure damage on stamsorc the amount of damage you'll be doing is no joke. Its up to you to balance it out.
