Dear Zenimax worldwide entertainment,

The past year has been great with the complete overhaul of the game in full 3D-hologram, you guys did a fantastic job.
I still experience a bit of framerate drops when in 30-players groups, but it never goes under 45fps so that's fine to play.

Glad you finally removed those old sets like "Hundings'rage" nobody uses anymore, this will give you more time to focus on new content instead of constantly updating relics of the past.
On the other hand, this free "Time-travel" DLC having us revisit the whole Tamriel back in first era, to live Dwemer war, was a genius idea. You used all these pre-existing zones with a few tweaks and a reskin, but the new quests and NPCs give a true unique feeling to the whole thing, hope you will keep this way.

We also finally could see the last bit of the Akavir landmass, ending the fight against Peryite and Sanguine, the ingame cinematic with this huge city explosion was absolutely fantastic to end the climax.

So, please could you tell us what's next ?
- a new 36th class ?
- a new 20th playable race ?
- a new raise on the True Champion Points cap, up to 3564 ?
That's probably a bit too soon, don't worry, I'll gladly discover in a few weeks anyway.

Also, and I'm sorry to ask again, but, could you please consider adjusting:
- the size of combat pets, they're too small, and we can't really appreciate their company if we don't see them (while they do great damage, that's not the problem)
- reduce the number of magicka weapon types, we have 25 different skill lines to pick from, being Orb, Staff, Spellbook, Pyanodean horn, etc. and it gets a bit confusing. Maybe pack them into the same skill line with slightly different status, like it was with staves before update 128 ?

Looking forward to what wonders we'll have in 2058,
Merry christmas & happy new year !

more options is ALLWAYS better, not less.
i hope zenimax adds more and more and more.
i would hate to play with limited amount of items and choices like what your suggesting.

and also please DO keep the old sets as well because you ruin peoples builds when you destroy old sets, please just make new ones and let the old sets remain so there is multiple choices for new builds and the ability to keep old builds if we want to.

In case the OP was not clear, this is not a suggestion post. Ever heard of "second degree" ?

    A hint:

Try replacing some words with "Elsweyr", "Dragons" and "floating island" Then search in your memory where was it ingame.

I appreciate the satire, your ideas about the future of gaming, and your optimism that ESO will still be around in 2057.

Though I'm curious, did ZOS also discover how to make good money from the game without overly monetizing the Crown Store and Crown Crates?

Wait, you forgot to mention the best parts:

"The new turn-based combat system introduced around update 38 to replace the old so-called 'real time combat' has completely revolutionized how Cyrodiil PvP gameplay looks like.
Now, waiting 10 seconds for your abilities to activate is no longer a bug, but a feature!

Another great change has been the total rework of how Battlegrounds matchmaking works - with group sizes now being variable to compensate for differing player MMRs between teams, allowing BG matches to start quickly with only minimal queue times.
This has been particularly praised by fans of high-MMR smallscale outnumbered combat, who now regularly face opposing teams of up to 24 low-MMR players."

The problem with the state of the game now, is that the epitome of the pet class which is the Necromancer has no permanent pets at this moment while sorcerers and wardens do.

Necromancer should be the main pet class of the game. Not Sorcerer. Not Warden. Their pets should be permanent and they should have a good variety of them. Because that is what a necromancer in the Elder Scrolls lore is about.

Anyways this is what we have. It took them 5 years to add a class that was very, very requested during beta as they have already admitted. Let's see how long it takes for them to see that the current concept of the Necromancer class is not functional and not what a necromancer should be.

Eh, kinda? The majority of previous TES gameplay features temporary summons and reanimations for player characters. IIRC, its only the master level conjurers in Skyrim who get permanent summons or reanimated corpses.

And considering that Conjuration covers both Necromancy and Daedra Summoning, Sorcerers have as much claim on being a "pet class" as necromancers do.

In 2057, Crowns have replaced electro-dollars as the universal currency.

    Lootbox food for dinner, ftw.
