Switching Factions

So, let me get this straight. In order to switch factions, we have to abandon the campaigns for each toon in there and pay 150k AP to do so. Then to set the campaign as our home campaign on our other faction toons, we have to pay another 150k AP? That’s a lot of AP if you have 4-6 characters per faction.

If you set your new home (for characters from the old faction) to Laatvulon, there doesn’t seem to be a fee. At least that’s how it was for me. I switched from AD to DC on Bahlokdaan last campaign and had to rehome my 6 AD characters to Laat before I could play DC on Bahl. I think there’s only an AP cost for rehoming to Kaal?

Absolutely Ridiculous. I've been stuck unable to play with my guild for over a month because I can't put all that money into swapping my 15 or so characters around. Faction lock has done nothing but cause grief for people with multiple characters. The ones who have put the most money into the game.

You can switch for free. First, don't try to abandon the campaign, just select which campaign you want to home, and you will get 2 options. One option is to switch now for a fee and the 2nd is to switch for free when the campaign ends.

I know you are trying to help but that will not solve my problem. I already waited for campaigns to switch to attempt to move my campaigns and after moving one character for free every single other requires me either waiting a month or paying 150k.
