Can't end Caldwells silver
This quest has been a royal pain in the A$$. Finally finished it. Last thing is to meet Caldwell at the Harborage. Great it's over. I get into the Harborage it's locked....WTF!!! Hours and hours with this quest. I'm kinda more than pissed. Anyone have a clue how to proceed?

Geez, i only did Gold on two characters. Had just started gold on a third but then deleted it. Now i just do my own alliance zones and the main story then ignore cadwell after that.CP2,200+ Master Explorer - AvA Two Star Warlord - Console Peasant - Khajiiti Aficionado - The Clan
