There is no general answer. No need for more homogenisation. It is ok for some gapcloser to stun, but not all should do the same.
Option 3: It depends on what else the skill does. Homogenisation is bad.

Nah, Delparis was FOTM rider. I.e. he was magsorc at U22 and magplar in U23-24. Since both have stun on gap closer, I doubt he'll try to nerf those specs.

Absolutely hell no, that's just putting back in 100% gap closer snare again. We fought insanely hard to have that removed, because it was absolutely horrible.

There is a big difference between a gap close that might stun me if I fail to block, dodge, pop immovable potion, in Mist Form, etc., and an unavoidable mechanic that trumps the "you cannot be snared" state that I have spent resources to get.
