Will of the Council quest Fighter Guilds is broken
Cannot use blood font at center, no indicator. Killed all mobs, killed everything.
Tried relog and tried to abandon. No use.

Okay, abandon it again on the first stage, before entering portal - it helped to rebuke the quest.
But in the final part i killed only 2 bosses and it was ok to done Aelif to appear.0 -
TomLukman✭✭✭My solution: Abandon quest. Start it again, talk to Aelif before entering the portal - this seems to reset the second step. I wasn't able to pick the weapon at the forge but I had to do the 2'nd part all over again. When you decide to kill on not to kill the lizard (doesn't matter which you pick), make sure to kill boss mobs near their portals or you won't be able to close them.1 -

Why isn't "will of the counsel" quest listed in there? That is the one where you can't go any further after all.0
