I have saved this thread. Hopefully it won't be deleted several months from now. I will have tons of laughs as ZOS announces their f2p plans, just as I had tons of laughs when Bioware did it for swtor inspite of the biodrones yelling swtor is the best mmo ever.

These are people who have chosen to be unhappy with everything in life. They don't care that the problems are relatively minor, that the majority on any game forum are the minority in the game, and that trolling is really silly, as people start to see through them after a while. These same folks now bad mouthing ZOS / Bethesda will be here a year from now spewing garbage all over the place for whatever new reasons they can find.0 -

Second, the CS most of us have received if far above anything we would receive in a F2P game. Look at the CS players receive in any of the PWE games such as NWo or STO the list goes on and on with examples of the poor csr in f2p games. Third, you apparently do not know that on average players spend more per-month in fees in a F2P game than a sub based one. The difference is everyone pays the same fee. This also means a company has a constant and predetermined cash flow. Additionally, instead of spending time and funds designing new items to go into a cash shop a sub based game dev team can spend the time and funds developing new content for the game.Magic is impressive but now Minsc leads SWORDS FOR EVERYONE!!0 -

I bought tha game too. Played it for 2 weeks and decided it's terrible. Just because I bought it doesn't mean I'm a fan of it nor that I will actually sub once the free time is over, which I won't.

No just no as played so many F2P games myself I really do not want this to go F2P.
Not a fan of cash shops most the time they start to lean into putting in P2W items in there. Only cash shop I did not mind was Guild Wars 2 because it gave me the option to buy the gems with money or in game gold, and since people could buy gems and sell them to the system for gold it tends to ussaly work out in the end ( not to also mention that gold in that game only gets you so much too. )
But no do not want this going F2P they just need to get a handle on things once they do it will start to go way better.0 -

I made a long list somewhere, guess it got buried. Bottom line is the game is boring, has some annoying features and lacks some other features and I don't like it. This after I flamed whiners and doom sayers, and now I seem to have joined them.

Honestly I also believe its going to go ftp. Not immediately by any means since they don't have nearly the money to back this failure long enough to GO ftp if it has to. But really this is the worst launch I've done so far. I've never seen a game where every function of it was broken at release there is no thing you can do in this game and not possibly run into a glitch between the storage, skill points, alliance points, collision detection*every *** staircase and monkeys STILL are solid objects that get me stuck occasionally despite what they said I literally was trapped because I went into a dungeon and someone's monkey was summoned in the same spot as me trapping me until he walked away after trying to get me to use /stuck*, the flippin launcher*finally finished reinstalling to get THAT working again*, the mail, the quests necessary for advancement, etc. I really enjoy playing it but I've given up on playing this game until Friday and I just have to hope that fix doesn't cause something else horrendous. I want them to get their act together but I don't know how many of the people they attracted are going to be around once this month is over when the prevailing thing I've heard through out these forums is just people saying when the free time is done they are out because of how many of these problems are still around after being reported in beta*most notably the bank issue*.1

ESO is going to be around a long time, and many of you will be proven wrong over and over again. Last, if you can do a better job, put up or STFU.
