Not sure when you submitted your tickets, but it’s the weekend. Zeni has support staff on call for technical emergencies only, they won’t work any routine requests until Monday at the earliest.

your ticket will have a date stamp and go into a Que every ticket you post will overwrite the last thus pushing you further back on the list for that day, best advice (from experience) is be patient support receive upwards of 5-6k tickets a day, it can take upto 3 weeks for a reply but once they do reply they generally answer with 24hrs. its just a waiting game till then
