My subscription disappeared from my ESO account about 5 hours after purchase.

Could someone from your tean perhaps check on a ticket for me?

I think someone in customer support disabled my subscription around 5 hours after I paid for it. My account is now saying 0 days of ESO plus... and I'm not sure what happened.

I think a second ticket messed with the first, and thought the buy-one-take-one offer wasn't legit, so it took down my subscription even though I kept the crowns from the one-month sub. Just worried I got hacked, and I'm not sure what to do.

The ticket number is 191205-002155 and I attached documentation of a subscription purchase, alongside the subsequent sudden expiry of my subscription.
