Fiktius✭✭✭✭I was just thinking a little time ago that it's ironic that I mentioned at thread "How would You rate year 2019 in ESO" guild finder being one of the best things that happened this year. Perhaps I should edit my post and mention that guild finder is one of the best things when it actually works.
I truly hope that ZOS can fix guild finder as soon as possible due it was real quality of life change towards guilds during this year and I would love to see it back up and working asap.
Meanwhile we are waiting for the fix, we have to rely on old recruiting style more: zone chat advertising.

Gariele✭✭✭✭✭This is such a great tool and gives GMs an opportunity to play again instead of trying to keep active communities by spamming zone chat with ads. ✭✭✭Thats ok its not a good tool anyway. ZOS doesnt like to include search boxes in anything do they? I used it the other day( before it broke) and had to narrow down the scope of my search and then scroll the list instead of just typing in the name of the guild i was trying to find.3 -

BansheeVT✭✭✭✭I was one of the first GMs to list their guild in the guildfinder when it was introduced. Iirc I got 60ish new members that day and even though it isn't that useful for me anymore after so many other guilds also listed themselves I still hope ZOS can fix it soon. Also the applications still seem to be bugged. Notifications about "0 outstanding applications" or no message at all about 1+ new applications...@BansheeVT - GM of 'Valinor Traders'.

We get also some applications, but also the amount of mails about joining the guild have increased slightly.
(We have contact info listed and people can see to which ID they can send more questions about the guild.)
Since guild finder is still on garbage state in game and refuses to load, I would guess that people who visit our guild stores probably press that info button above store and get access to info/recruit page right from there + possibly sends applications from there. 🤷♂️Edited by Fiktius on December 4, 2019 12:23PM0 -

I agree with @Fiktius that its likely just either from zone, or people pressing the info on the store. Maintenance today didn't seem to change anything.
