Why do the dragons yell "croissant!"

Seriously, every time I hear it, I think of the delicious french buttery bread treat. ....but they obviously aren't yelling "croissant". So what are they yelling? I've noticed that each color dragon has a slightly different thing they yell, but they all yell "croissant", so what does it mean, and what else do they yell and what does it mean in dragon language?
Anyone have a "thesaurus" for dragon words?

To be honest I always thought they just say Fus Roh Dah like Dragonborn in Skyrim...
