Come on, let's be real here, normal dungeons don't even need dedicated tanks or healers, just DPS through everything, and get a premade group for veteran dungeons, simple as that, there are tons of guilds and people in alliance capitals waiting for people to group up with, you just need to press a few more buttons and you won't have an urge to cry here about it.
This may be true for some, but I have came across plenty of players who struggle with normal dungeons. Do we dismiss them as part of the community just because of this?

We were all noobs when we started playing, and we all had to learn how to play the game, both in PVE abd in PVP. If people struggle to finish normal dungeons then they are:
1. New at the game or a low CP toon.
2. Refusing to learn the mechanics of the specific dungeon.
3. Refusing to listen to other peoples help and feedback.
Whilst we cannot dismiss those kinds of players, we can try to help them get better, and if they're beyond any help then just leave them alone for them to figure it out themselves.
People who queue for LFG and then complain about what they get. Sort of like people who buy a lottery ticket and complain they didnt win. What's Worse?

I can self heal and hold aggro in just about any normal dungeon and even a lot of vets as a healer. If someone (anyone, tank, dps, whatever they’re trying to be) is running around with aggro from a mob instead of bringing it into the pull, I let them die because they earned their Darwin award

No such thing.

This One doesn't promote fake tank or fake healing, unless its a 4 person group you put together and everyone is OK with it.
