I am relatively new to forums and game. I have noticed recently that when I go into inventory or maps (any in-game menu) .. and exit.. my weapon bar will swap to the 2nd bar. If im on the 2nd bar... exiting menus will put me in the first weapon bar.

Only weapon bar keybind is the tilde key. I had deactivated all mods and reset the game... and it still does this weapon bar swap when exiting menus.

Anyone have any insight on this? Its real annoying going into combat and finding out I wasnt prepared. The only thing I havent done is repair game. Someone said they had something similar happen and repairing didnt fix it.
