Dragon DeathLag and Loss of Event Ticket

My first Dragon kill in S. Elswyr ended with the Dragon's death animation freezing and not turning yellow aka lootable. I couldn't loot the Dragon and therefor couldn't loot the Event Ticket. I moved on and killed three (3) more Dragons. No Event Ticket.
My kill in N. Elswyr went off without a hitch and I did get my Event Ticket from there

The same thing happened to me during the last dragon hunting event. I used "Ask for Help" in game, and after some back and forth, Support was able to refund the missing tickets.0
