Constant "LOGIN FAILED, Connection to server timed out, Please try again later" error on Xbox EU

    I recommend Zenimax people to go take a look of my characters, inventories and houses I was about to seriously furnish this year finally, then think about how it would feel if the same happened for them while playing some other game as a customer. All the time and real money spent on long term video gaming entertainment all trashed so fast and easily, zero responsibilities to fix or refund absolutely anything, just keep the money and the customer can just go cry somewhere, it's cold hard business. This thread has become like some no loggers twilight zone of us few with this issue, Zenimax don't even bother commenting here anymore and it's a wise move avoiding any additional attention for this issue. I asked on my last support ticket would Zenimax be fine, if my ESO+ membership payments were late for months, no response and why bother when no responsibilities to explain anything. At this point I feel like a used customer waiting for being replaced by some new fresh patient customers. Good job everyone!

    So has anyone affected by this tried since the Tuesday update?
    Not wanting to jinx it but after 2 years of login hell I logged in after the update to find myself straight in 1st time.
    Thinking it's a one off (I've had it similarly after sever offline situations, where the player base is at its minimum) I gave it and hour and tried again - 1st time in.
    I've tried another 6 times over the past 3 days and every time straight in 1st time.
    I'm hopeful Zenimax have resolved whatever the issue was for everyone

    Update: Whatever they did in the last post Elsweyr patch fixed it. I've been logging on a first time go several times a day over the past few days. The login performance is like night and day.

    My EU account is still stuck after 3 and half months as expected, now it's absolutely clear that my account is stuck for good. Only logical explanation for this situation, considering the extremely low motivation by Zenimax to fix this, is my account being intentionally blocked for some reason. I have no clue why this would be the case, but that's how all this feels when Zenimax doesn't even seem to see this as a huge problem.

    Well they have and are aware that some players have this issue when they cannot log in with their main account, but can still log in on other server. I cannot log in with my EU account, but can log in with NA account, some players having NA account as main and stuck, can still log in with EU account. My account is or was being investigated, now it's been stuck for over 4 months so I consider my EU account lost at this point. Majority of players don't have this problem so it's totally fine I assume.

    It's the 5 months celebration day of my stuck Xbox EU account! This thread is very quiet, I assume few players have got their game working again and the rest have probably simply given up and moved on for other games.

    It's the HALF YEAR celebration day of my completely stuck Xbox EU account! Absolutely no one cares and I totally understand how things work around here by now, hopefully the game gets killed for other players as it was for me, I'll have some sarcastic forum entertainment then.

Not sure if I posted, I thought I did but what happened with me was they unlinked my XBOX account from my ESO account, Made a new XBOX account and linked my new XBOX account to my ESO account and now so far it seems to be working. The only thing I lost was my achievements and my subscription which I restored on my new XBOX account. I have no idea what the actual problem is but maybe they could do the same for you? That's if you still wanted to play after all this trouble, hope they sort it for you soon.

    My Xbox EU account is still stuck, but I continued playing on NA few days ago, this is kind of tryout month and so far I haven't crashed even once even in Cyrodiil yet, battlegrounds has worked fine so far, some loading screens and very annoying level of lag in the large keep fights as expected, but overall based on few days I'd say it's got better compared what it was before Elsweyr when I last time played.

    This isn't acceptable situation in the long run if I play on the NA server and pay for ESO+ membership while EU account is stuck. I didn't preorder Elsweyr because my account was stuck and I didn't get any plan how to fix it, I still want to buy it now that it's discounted and I want to try the necromancer. I made a support ticket 191003-004388, it's about the Elsweyr, which I'll buy on certain conditions I discussed in the earlier tickets, I'll either buy it now or just leave it completely, this is very important for the overall motivation to continue playing on NA even my EU is still stuck.

    I sure am having the same trouble still, I just tried to log in on EU, now on server selection only NA is visible even I change it to EU, the server still changes and I get to the character selection screen, then it's the same bouncing back to character selection screen after a short time with every character. I haven't got any solutions to fix my EU account from the support, actually my last ticket expired even my main questions weren't answered other than they need to be forwarded to the specialized team again. I'll need to find some motivation to try reopening the ticket again, I have 1575 cp on EU, have many houses and close to getting my third grand overlord character so this is very serious and significant loss for me if it won't be solved. I'll probably give some more time, but at some point I'll just give my overall opinion and feedback here on forum, currently it's not looking too great and will most likely end up resulting warnings or forum ban for me. I've played for about 3 months on NA server now, 3 characters now and 798 cp, the reality is that my NA account goes to trash also if my EU won't get fixed. It's quite difficult to understand how things have gone to this.

    Just tried to log in with my Xbox EU account and it's still stuck as expected, it's been completely unplayable for 9 months and 10 days now. I have 15 max level characters and 1575 cp, also many houses so it's quite expensive account overall, meaning I won't just leave it just like everything is fine. I've played on NA server now for about 4 months overall, 3 characters mostly for pvp and 854 cp, I pay for ESO+ because it's impossible to play without the craftbag, it's still unreasonable when my main account isn't working. All the stuff I've missed over the past 9 months on EU account is just monumental at this point, I've tried to ask for missed stuff on support tickets, but that doesn't seem to lead anywhere, I'm not sure if there's any point to try reopening the last ticket either.

    Now there's a crown sale on and usually I buy quite many crowns, but since I buy stuff mostly for my EU account, I don't see any reason to buy when it's stuck. Also at this point I've missed some hundreds of event tickets, they cost 250 crowns each so quite impressive amount of crowns all missed. I've played in every event before Wrathstone and have missed only some tickets.

    When this current situation reaches a full year and remains unsolved, it will be the 12. of March 2020, then I consider my EU account permabanned. All the wait and patience will be over then, my losses will be huge and I must quit playing my favorite game, also on the working NA server. This means I'll get very angry obviously, then I'll request a forum ban or simply force it by breaking multiple forum rules, that shouldn't be too difficult. That will only be the start and then I'll proceed marketing Zenimax on other forums with hard facts. One long term customer will be lost again.

    I try to avoid all this dumbness, but I won't accept being the only one taking hits with my stuck EU account just like everything would be fine. Who should I contact to get some sense to all this, some community manager I assume? If this problem keeps getting ignored, then be ready to deliver the banhammer next year.

    Communicate much Zenimax, isn't my problem serious enough? You demand constructive behavior from people on forum, then you simply ignore until customers get annoyed and start being nonconstructive for a reason. After that some moderator suddenly wakes up and arrives keyboard blazing to remove comments and closing threads, this happens and repeats here on forum all the time.
