Every time new crafting stations come out I have to take stuff out of the guild house to squeeze them in. VERY depressing.

And the ridiculously low Special Collections limit should be raised so we can have all our mounts and pets on display.

So why, was it not mentioned that I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE The ability to CO-OWN a HOME (Like you can with a guild, one person as primary owner, items placed from co-owner are given to the owner after a short acceptance period in which if the owner of the home doesn't accept, the item will be returned via mail to the co-owner) But hey, I guess that's why there are forums. Many of the same mechanics of Guild Ownership could apply to homes. (I've been Pledge of Mara'd with my IRL s/o for 4 years in game, it could tie into the pledge of mara?)
Ok, Thanks for listening to a rant, time for the idea (s)
1. Cultivation of Land within The World
Thanks for my guild for this idea, but what about if we could farm, with time and maybe resources of some kind in game. I know, It sounds silly.
Think about it though, corn, beets, almost any food, maybe even cloth. We have a little plot of land, purchased with coin, with a reasonably tested item limit, and a set of tools which would allow for crops to be planted/waited for (hello new daily grind)/harvested and profited off of. This would help substantially advanced players spend coin for a sense of accomplishment and achievement, without spending an enormous amount of time in a trial or doing writs for 12+ toons (I'm guilty.)
I think if I had a set of goals outside of daily writs as far as making coin, crafting, getting furniture items, selling, and buying what you want. It would all fit in together if done well. (Please put furniture crafting mats in surveys, my god we need it)
2. (It's a short one) Attunable Wayshrines for your home purchasable with writ tickets, telvar, or crowns. If you could make these giftable too, that'd be great. One wayshrine, gets attuned once, you get a free port from the home it's placed in to the wayshrine it's attuned to. (Yes, I know we all port to player, or just pay the coin, but wouldn't this be nice?)
Thanks for listening! Please, I'm going to be watching comments, hoping for criticism so let me know what you think. I am very aware these are some crazy ideas, so keep it civil please.

This isn't quite an exact transcript, but its close enough for anyone who doesn't want to watch the video.
Item Slots - "One of people's biggest concerns. They are there for performance reasons. We really can't go above current limits right now. We've selected current limits to give people a balance between the different objects you might want to place in your home, and its really important to us that - even if maybe your rig would work at a higher count - that anyone who's playing hte game could still go into your house and have a good experience. Its really important to us that the community can share in that way. So that's the reason for the limits being the way they are right now."

I read that as consoles can't handle it.

Someone explained to me once that ZOS doesn't want to get caught up in disputes over the ownership of homes if people should have a falling out. My answer to that is to simply. . . not get caught up in the disputes.
