Undaunted Event: So only people who played the few hours get 3 event tickets?

I am sure I am way late to ask this question but I just wanted to confirm that the lucky few who happened to be able to play the 5 or so hours it was live are the ones to not only get outfit pages but 3 free event tickets?

✭✭✭✭✭We're still waiting on the update for how ZOS plans to handle making up the event tickets and other rewards.
But yes, those of us who played while the event was working got the rewards as intended. I got mine in the first ten minutes with a quick FG1 run, even before it became clear that PC/EU was entering meltdown.2 -
