Day 1 of event : wasted half an hour in a group who could not get past a boss. Wiped and wiped and wiped and wiped and wiped and wiped and wiped.

In group chat I repeatedly gave the simple instruction on how to defeat him - everyone needs to flee in a different direction after he pulls us in and we should each nominate one beforehand.

No good.

I couldn't even get any acknowledgement that anyone had read or understood the instructions.

Not having all day to waste on acquiring the accursed tickets, I quit and hoped for better luck tomorrow.

Day 2 of event : completed a dungeon but received no tickets. Or special reward box.

None. Nada. Zip.

I received the Premium undaunted exploration supplies in the mail, but that is all.

Crap like this makes it reeeeeeeeeeeally to hate this game.
