Between 1080 and 4k you will notice more desktop space for sure. But graphically, maybe just a small difference. When your going beyond that (like 4k to 8k or w/e) Theres really no way to tell the difference. Now as a side note...here's an interesting video.

Now since my apu outperforms the recommended cpu of an amd fx4350, how is my apu not adequate?
Now lets assume their recommended requirements is for 1080p.. where is the similar spec sheet for 4k?

It very much should be. I probably missed where you posted your CPU. I don't think you should have any issues. Probably can even max out a few settings at 4k.1 -

I just switched over to windows 10 for a minute... it defauled to 30 htz but i could set it to 60 manually... Couldnt try it out on eso though b/c my ssd is only 120gb and too small for eso install after putting windows 10 on it. Also, couldn't manually set it to 60 in linux..
I mean, i f i but a cable and it doesnt work any better i'm only out 10$ for the effortI simply must protest. There are no Penguin avatars for me to use in the forums.
