I can actually run this game in 6880x2880 with a little tweak to my graphics settings...on Ultra. Does it look any better than 3440x1440? Nope. There is no difference the human eye can perceive. Least not my eyes lol
so if the human eye cant perceive a difference, how do i know i'm getting 4k vs 1080p?

A 1060 3gb will, so a 570 should too, but you also need a stronger processor because ESO is ESO.

Between 1080 and 4k you will notice more desktop space for sure. But graphically, maybe just a small difference. When your going beyond that (like 4k to 8k or w/e) Theres really no way to tell the difference. Now as a side note...here's an interesting video.https://youtu.be/l7-F9IZMNuo

ok. my 570 is 8gb fwiw.
The Elder Scrolls Online Recommended Requirements
CPU: Intel® Core i5 2300 or AMD FX4350
CPU SPEED: Info
RAM: 8 GB
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
VIDEO CARD: DirectX 11 compliant video card with 2 GB of RAM (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 or AMD Radeon HD 7850) or higher
PIXEL SHADER: 5.0
VERTEX SHADER: 5.0
SOUND CARD: DirectX compatible sound card
FREE DISK SPACE: 85 GB
DEDICATED VIDEO RAM: 2 GB
here is the comparison between the recommended cpu and my cpu
https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Ryzen-5-2400G-vs-AMD-FX-4350/m433194vs2880
Now since my apu outperforms the recommended cpu of an amd fx4350, how is my apu not adequate?
Now lets assume their recommended requirements is for 1080p.. where is the similar spec sheet for 4k?

It very much should be. I probably missed where you posted your CPU. I don't think you should have any issues. Probably can even max out a few settings at 4k.
