✭✭✭✭✭i have a gtx 1080 ti and run in 4k... honestly it seems my bottleneck is even at 4k still the cpu and not the gpu...
you can tweak the settings a bit and i usually get 60fps unless im in a trial where it might drop to 30 in heavy situations, but as said i think its mostly cpu1 -

When i got my 1440p monitor to replace my 1080p tv screen, i definitely noticed everything was smaller/crisper. I actually had to set my PC display to 125% scale. But on xbox as well 1440 is a lot more crisp than 1080. Now i think it starts becoming unnoticeable around and beyond 4k. Unless you get a larger screen to scale with the resolution size.

i upgraded the 32 inch 1080p to a 50 inch 4k. Problem i have now is that i need hdmi 2.0 cables to get 60 hrtz refresh rate because the cables i have only support 30... i think. Also i had to give up openbox and switch to a regular desktop... Mate seems chummy and defaulted to 4k on my linux pc. OPenbox was booting into 1080p but if i switched the input over to the roku and back again it would be in 4k. wonky for sure... Nanfoodle✭✭✭✭✭I run this game in 4k Np. Even Cydodiil works fine. I'm not sure why but I don't seem to have most of the problems others are always complaining about. In 5 months of play, I think I have been DC 5 times max and that was only on one night of play. I run mostly lag free.1 -

The problem is in the ESO engine, it does not scale above 4k, on my 1080p monitor i can see clear difference when switching eso resolution between 1080p 1440p and 2160p0 -

Myself and my Hubby recently had all our HD tv stations switched off because however much we wished we could, we couldn't see a difference between the HD and normal channels(and it saved us a butload of money)...….
So as far as I'm concerned my basic HD monitor is probably overkill!!
If you can't see a difference between HD and normal tv broadcast, you most likely aren't getting actual HD quality broadcast. You'd have to be nearly blind to not see the difference.2 -
