Who fault is it then ?

It is the laziness of the suits and the lead programmer using the internet to "dayonepatch" a game that should have not been released yet.
Have this happen on a disk or cartridge game and you lose everything. I know 32bit is different than ESO but every field progresses and if you can't compete you get...
well year old grips about the same problem resurfacing.
    like Epstein didn't wack himself

If they already did repair their game, they would not have to facetank all the criticism and satire. >:)

Yeah ....because that's how "repairs" work...once it's "repaired" it never breaks again...

I'm amused by the apologists. Always so upset and so willing tondefend ZOS...

Look at it anyway you want, they messed up again but you know who the real idiots are? People like me who spent so much $$$ on this game only to get slapped in the face with all these issues.

Customer service used to help alleviate some of the issues I was having but last time I asked for help, they basically laughed at me...

As an IT professional, I defend other IT professionals and IT departments because I know how much we get sh*% on for not simply pressing a button and fixing something, but know how complicated fixing something can be. People really have no clue how many people, how much hardware, how many man hours it takes for ones and zeros to travel across the internet. They think it's magic, and the Wizard behind the curtain just needs to wave his wand.

Ok pro, then you got sufficient insight to tell us: Why is there a PTS, and why would problems go live in literally unaltered state?

The problem might go away if they continue to live in denial and act as all is at it should.

You are so wrong, we don't expect magic we expect the problem to be adressed in a professional manner. They knew that the probability of a server meltdown when hosting the Undaunted event was more or less certain and they are aware of that the problem is caused by the servers because they aren't able to handle the load.

If it was software related wouldn't NA servers suffer the exact same thing ?
Witch mother had an dungeon element making it an decent test bed and that event got extended for an week.
I did just one run yesterday, nFG1 for the tickets and got one of the style pages.
We planned to do another but group fell apart for some reason.

And PC-EU has most players so suffer most from high load issues
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

The wizard behind the curtain never had a wand.

But he does sometimes enjoy wearing Dorothy's ruby slippers.

A comet will eventually destroy the world, so we'll just stall 'til then.
