There's no "download" for DLC or expansions in an MMO. All the content is updated into everyone's clients, all the time. Because even if you don't have access to it, the other players around you might be wearing equipment/riding mounts/wearing costumes from those expansions, selling you BoE items from it, etc.

There's no "download" for DLC or expansions in an MMO. All the content is updated into everyone's clients, all the time. Then I must be missing something somewhere. I haven't been given any new quests and see no apparent change to my existing situation. I see in the announcements that there's a new DLC (Dragonhold) but no quest givers. I wish ZOS would offer more info on the console instead of making people guess and/or wonder what's going on. I guess I'll just run all over the Tamriel globe in search of this elusive DLC.
