Dont think about Concealed Weapon, not all classes have it.
You must understand, that this is not heist quests, where you are limited by X minuted to do all tasks.
You can do researches, clear critically important parts of the map (you can use blade of woe on any NPC, just be sure it is alone).
Try to use some sets, giving move speed, use Steed mundus (for first time, till you get used to it).
Use invis potions at hard parts of the map to just fly through NPC, there are many options.
But timing and map knowledge are more important skills, required to successfully complete that quests.
i have noticed that heists and sacraments are those type of quests where you have to turn you brain on, do some researches (at least for first times, until gettting used to them). And it is very fun.

Note that if you are low on time you can just let enemies see you on the way out as long as you don't pass the 5 detected limit. You will get an bounty but still pass the sacrament.myskyrim26 wrote: »Guys, thank you all for such a useful information! Today my scarament will be quite a different experince!

I learned that by chance doing one of the heists back during the event and have used it to great effect especially doing heists where I find the time limit far more unforgiving than in sacraments. If there's a tall obstacle between you and the npc(s) like a pillar or a screen then it can sometime makes getting back faster to just duck behind that, let the latern guy pass and "reveal" you and then wait the 2 secinds for you to be able to hide again before moving on, than to find your way around or wait in one of the designated hiding spots (aka those basket things).
This made one of the heists, the one where some dude puts down reveal traps that trigger when you get close, a lot easier, because I could trigger the trap from behind a folding screen without being spotted by him, just wait for him to move on but not have to wait for the trap to despawn.
Again it takes learning the maps and knowing where you can do this and where you can't, but in sacraments and heists knowledge is if not power then the key to success.
