anyone ever tryed that ?
Warden and Sorcerer are the best for versatility imho.
Idc about race, verything can work, but I guess Dumner/Khajiit are the more versatile.

Dunmer and Khajiit have the most balanced stats for any role, along with Argonians. But when you step away from focusing on attributes, you do have more useful options.

But that not what OP asked. He asked for easy switch.

That's, kinda, the point here.
The base attribute bumps are nice, but other elements of a race can be more useful for making a painless switch between roles. Ex: The Imperial always has a cost discount, and will always have a self heal on direct damage. That's useful to anyone. That it only has increased max health (useful to anyone) and max stam (useful to stam and tanks, though helpful for anyone), and you might see what I'm getting at.
The Nord's ult gen will always be useful. The health and stam are kinda helpful. The resists won't hurt. Again, across the board, this one's actually useful.
You won't be saying, "this is the new meta," on a Nord healer, but the character will still work, and they will still benefit from most of their passives.
Ironically, I'd actually say this is less true of the Khajiit (crit won't help your tanks) and your Dark Elf (spell/weapon damage are a similar story), as neither one have any durability bonuses. (Unless the DE has Spell Resist now, and I've simply forgotten.)
