new feature to auto change input between gamepad and keyboard isnt working.

so i recently logged on and discovered they added an auto change input. its supposed to swap betweent gamepad and mouse and keyboard depoending on most recent used.
itll change to keyboard and mouse. but wont swap back to gamepad if i try using gamepad is there a way to fix this?

If you are experiencing an issue where your settings are not updating, perform the following steps:

Navigate to C:\Users\user.name\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live.
Right-click on your UserSettings.txt file and select Properties.
Ensure that it is not set to read only. If the Read Only option is checked, uncheck it.

If the box is unchecked and the issue persists, backup then delete your usersettings.txt file and restart the game.

yea tryed that didnt work its a specific setting to swop between key board and mouse and gamepad automaticly it wont auto swp to gamepad but will auto swap to keyboard

Thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting suggested did not help. At this point you can open a ticket with customer support for further help determining why the auto-change is not working.
