Zenifail doesn't bother. You cancel and they don't even ask why.

Bad management. It's that simple.
I just logged off after seeing 15 people in tight blob formation, camping a boss spawn.
It's crazy that they even designed the game this way. It's even more insane that there are people standing there all night doing this.
A GM the players have been praying for would have fixed it alot quicker and easier. You do know that they are fixing that right?

Everyone knows exactly where they all are.. not hard to find them.
Dropping a nerf on the game that impacts everyone and not botters is not a fix.
They will just find somewhere else to go..
I've played MMO's for the better part of 17 years now, and one thing I've seen from most is that, when you cancel, they want to know why. I have all confidence that they never *read* those exit posts - many of which are probably flame filled troll posts - but at least they ask.

Every MMO I've canceled sub to that didn't ask why - has failed pretty quickly. I don't see anything different here. This game has problems that go WAY beyond bugs that all games stumble over on release and, as such, I think I'll look back in six months or a year to see if they've bothered to correct any of them.
They don't want my input, your input, or anyone's beyond what comes out of their wallet and my wallet just got closed. Cheers, folks. Hope you find some enjoyment out of this flop.
But it does..Their planned fix doesn't effect players that simply run the dungeon. The planned fix adds a lock out time to the xp and loot you get from the boss, allowing normal playing players to still kill the boss and get loot and xp while pretty much removing any reason to have a bot farm it. removing the bots simply removes the bots and does not fix the issue causing the bots to be there.
