They don't care... really.

I've played MMO's for the better part of 17 years now, and one thing I've seen from most is that, when you cancel, they want to know why. I have all confidence that they never *read* those exit posts - many of which are probably flame filled troll posts - but at least they ask.

Zenifail doesn't bother. You cancel and they don't even ask.

Every MMO I've canceled sub to that didn't ask why - has failed pretty quickly. I don't see anything different here. This game has problems that go WAY beyond bugs that all games stumble over on release and, as such, I think I'll look back in six months or a year to see if they've bothered to correct any of them.

They don't want my input, your input, or anyone's beyond what comes out of their wallet and my wallet just got closed. Cheers, folks. Hope you find some enjoyment out of this flop.
Life is like a pack of wolves -

If you don't face it head on it'll come at you from all sides and rip your throat out.

We know, they don't even bother trying to hide it anymore. Too bad we can't get refunds because we either have bought 3rd party or have to wait 74 years for a ticket response.

I've played a wide range of MMO's and every MMO with a sub I've cancelled ask why. Zenimax not even wondering why, to me is a very bad sign.

Im still waiting to get a reply on my feedback about Cyradiil.
    Might see you in 6months.

Couldn't agree with the OP more. Makes it hard to want to renew even if they do correct the problems.

    Bad management. It's that simple.

I just logged off after seeing 15 people in tight blob formation, camping a boss spawn.

It's crazy that they even designed the game this way. It's even more insane that there are people standing there all night doing this.

You do know that they are fixing that right?

A GM the players have been praying for would have fixed it alot quicker and easier.

Everyone knows exactly where they all are.. not hard to find them.

Dropping a nerf on the game that impacts everyone and not botters is not a fix.
They will just find somewhere else to go..

Their planned fix doesn't effect players that simply run the dungeon. The planned fix adds a lock out time to the xp and loot you get from the boss, allowing normal playing players to still kill the boss and get loot and xp while pretty much removing any reason to have a bot farm it. removing the bots simply removes the bots and does not fix the issue causing the bots to be there.

    Goodbye.
If you don't care about Zenimax, Zenimax won't care about you.
They have said in multiple threads that "people come and go and they can't stop people from havining opinions about the game". Hence why they don't ask why you quit. Even if the game is perfect, there will always be people leaving.

But seriously now. If you start getting sad because Big Brother Zenimax doesn't show interest, then you might want to re-evaluate your emotionalism.
    Currently playing:
    Swims-In-Sap - CP200+ - Argonian Templar

I like my healing like i like my characters: generic

    But it does..
So now public dungeons are a 1 time thing.. for what.. an hour?

You think a bot isn't going to figure out how to free teleport from pub dungeon to pub dungeon to kill a boss over and over, or level more characters to chain log in new characters to farm?

So now we might get a kill, and 1 bit of loot.
Pity about people who don't get the blue on first try then huh.
Or if it drops a 1handed weapon and you want to kill it again for 2, cosmetic look might be good, some people like that too.

Soulgems for charging your enchants and rezzing yourself and friends?

The focus on bots seems to complete negate real players that play the game, and the actions that everyone regards as a "fix" is a stepping stone to more and more bot "fix's" that will impact real players again.
If the "fix" works, then they will just go somewhere else, and then another "fix" eventually what's left for players after bots have forced ZOS into nerfing everything the bots touch, when they could just deploy GM's to clean them up now instead.

But hey none of this matters, you are fine to just get the dungeon complete.
Eventually remember the "vanilla eso launch".

Time played is no measure of experience.

I've canceled subs in 5 games (many I resumed later) only one asked me why. I think you're exaggerating because you're upset and want to paint ZOS as the 'bad guys' when in fact in MY 10 year experience of 8 sub-based games this is the norm.
