I agree. Either the game is worth playing, in which case it's worth paying for, or it's not worth playing in which case I fully understand why someone who thinks that wouldn't pay for it or play it.5 -

I don't know what PS4 EU is like. On PC/NA, I haven't had many issues either (aside from the depressingly normal crashing in PVP.)
PC/EU suffers because, according to ZOS, they have the highest concurrent player population of all the platforms and servers. It seems to be constantly straining or just plain overwhelming ZOS' setup, even though they were improving it around Elsweyr launch. Which is good and bad. Yay, more ESO players! Boo, they can't play.
So the most likely explanation for you not seeing these issues is that PS4/EU simply has much less demand on their servers from a lower concurrent population. That's the only reason PC/NA isn't getting hit with the same issues as PC/EU - ZOS outright said we were approaching the same point of problems earlier in the year before the server upgrades.0 -

✭✭See, whilst i understand the deep frustration from some players (PC EU) I have got to the point (after 4years) when the constant [snip] and posters in the forum thinking they are soooo clever calling the company ‘Zo$’ etc just makes me contrary & get fed up with the [snip].
Also have been dealing with stuff in real life that actually means something and so the [snip] from players on here constantly babbling on about rubbish just annoys me even further.
Love this game; helped me through some bad times. Not perfect by any means but then nothing in life is.

✭✭✭✭✭I have had so little go wrong during my playing life in this game. Yes, I couldn't log into EU this morning, but that's just about the only thing I've had crop up that can be called a bug.
I play from around 7am to 4pm US MT, and I don't do group anything - I play to have fun, I DO have fun, and things like Cyrodiil, trials, dungeons are SO not my idea of a good time.0 -

1. lag and drop fps become unbearable on every "chapter" or dlcs their release, hell my friend wont even play anymore because of that, granted we're from SEA, but before we can play with 300+ ping stable with no problem, now, screw me sideways, GW2 much more playable
2. dlc and "chapters" are complete utter garbage, ask for premium price for low-mediocore content, the only thing that worthwhile is Orsinium, even THAT IS A FREAKING DLC, not a *** sad excuse of a "chapter", this is personally why i quit the game
i still keeping tab on ESO just hope they will change this "chapter" pumping out low quality content shctick, and produce real quality worth of Expansion like WoW, because i do enjoy the game, and hope come back with worthwhile content"i will walk through the fog, as i welcome death"0 -

✭Can't be bothered to play for a while, because I'm frankly pi**ed off about so many things in the game. I CAN put up with what's "broken", when it comes to unintentional bugs and glitches and so on. I suppose they are at least trying to deal it it, even if some things have been broken for years etc. I still don't feel it's a very big deal.
But what bothers me the most, is how they are constantly buffing/debuffing everything, in a very significant way. It's like they have no plan whatsoever, making abilities totally "OP" one patch, to nerf it back into the ground like 3 months later. Why? Do they never learn? It forces us to re-build everything over and over again.
I've played since 2016, and I'm starting to realize this is they way it is. It won't be any better, quite the contrary really. I see people leave the game. I see for example Imperial City being like an empty Pripyat theme park - often not a single player there, even during prime time. I see whole classes (or things like werewolf) more or less being impossible to play. It is killing - or have already killed - the game. Out of like 16 characters I have. I haven't bothered to keep up wit all constant changes on more than like 3-4 of them. The rest are like "retired" for now.
I love the whole Elder Scrolls world, more than any other game - I really do. I have a lot of fine memories and friends connected to this game, but I start to feel this all has to go. It's almost like when you get emotional and regret leaving an old job/workplace, but then realize you had to, because it was not the same anymore, it just didn't work like it used to.
It all makes me kind of sad. Have spent a lot of time on this, and it seems like it's all been left in the hands of unpredictable kids and amateurs, who don't give a [snip] about either the game or the players anymore. It feels like it's getting too late to turn back.
