Please fix Ebon armory set! It's broken for 2 years now

MyPrist✭✭✭If you have plague doctor for example with wepons from this set and swap panel do you lose health each time you swap panel?
If you do not, why you and party must lose it with ebon?
Add 6 seconds ebon buff time for example, and let ebon re buff it each 2 seconds.
Is it such a big problem, if you can not do it in another way?1 -

Patch notes and real situation is far different from reality.
For example moltan armaments, that was fixed and did not give 50% add to restoration staff heavy attack, now give 0% dmg !!! But if we believe patch notes: it was fixed.
It do not!!!0
