The tooltip says this achievement "unlocks additional services".
I am not sure if the team was either a) sloppy or b) lazy or c) both BUT there is no additional service for this achievement.
Please fix the text to convey that 'there is no further reward' or just say 'things look more pretty'. I stuck with this thinking there was an unlock and it's a total waste of player time.
I saw on the PTS that this was identified as a problem yet nothing at all was done by quest team?

✭✭Haven’t reached the end but at twenty a new daily quest giver has appeared near the big cat that gives out dragon slaying quests. Something about new alchemy mats from dragons
The crafting station for ancient dragon guard opened at ten or twelve ish
They also said that a daily loot chest appears at 30 but haven’t got that far yet0 -

Just a note. That quest is not a daily, it's one time only. It just rewards the same standard reward crate that any side quest in Southern Elsweyr will. After doing it, dragon rheum (new alchemy ingredient) can drop from dragons.
In regards to a "daily loot chest," I never saw any such thing on the test server. I've actually never heard anyone refer to the possibility before either. The only change at 30, is that the achievement for it also unlocks one of the items at the achievement vendor for purchase.
Edit: Been doing my live account the lazy way after PTS burnout. Got to thirty today and can confirm that they added a supply chest. I'll update tomorrow to confirm whether it's daily or a one time thing.Edited by Aisleyne on November 3, 2019 7:35AM1 -
At 30 quests, a new chest appeared right in front of Dirge called a Dragonguard Supply Chest. It had random items, I'll check again tomorrow to see if it appears again, either before or after doing dailies.Edited by mixrgshoppreub18_ESO on November 6, 2019 8:36PM1

After doing my next set of dailies, the chest is there but not clickable, will check back later in the day to see if it becomes available.0

If it's a "1 time only" chest, It's really not worth it.

Sporvan✭✭✭✭✭Ok so I used the chest and got some alchemy regeants and documents. Pretty nice treasure. Like an extra dragon drop.
Afterward the chest despawns... when you leave the area it's back again but unclickable.
I'm going to test the theory if this is like the Shadowy Supplier where it resets once a day or perhaps it restocks if you complete the dragonguard dailies.1 -

yeah you have to go get a dragon saliva bone for him to use in cooking. so far he has only given me that one quest.0 -
Sporvan✭✭✭✭✭Okay so I can confirm the chest is usable once per day for me as well. It gives you the same loot as a dragon kill would. Nifty but really needs to be better advertised as a lot of people probably have missed this.4

vingarmo✭✭✭It is also appear the chest can only be open once per day (daily reset time) per account, so no matter how much characters have associated achievement you can only loot one chest a day.3
