Ball of Lightning Bug

Ball of Lightning currently has a bug that occurs VERY frequently and makes the skill annoying to use sometimes. I am not sure if it occurs to Streak, but this bug is different from the traditional streak bug we all know and love.
Description of bug: The sound and animation of the skill goes off, but you do not teleport. Resource are still consumed. Wastes a good 1-2 precious seconds.
This bug occurs much more often than the traditional streak bug, but is less damaging as it lasts for a shorter time (1-2s compared to 4s).

I have probably a hundred more happen to me the past 2 weeks, but obviously I do not have the time to edit all of them.

Crunkanaut✭✭✭its because you tried streak the hill UP. zos is not that stronk in spagetti code writing that they will unbug it, just streak the hill down and there is no bug :harold:
