It would be kind of Zenimax to offer the player base something extra because of the massive issues that ALL players are experiencing other than a corporate standard issue message informing us that that said issue is being investigated , or a copy paste green post from the forum dev's offering a general fix-all solution.

Perhaps a free month of ESO plus to all subscribed players may be a decent start ? I doubt that such a decent offer would cross the minds of zenimax because ofc not ,and they have the ToS to suggest to players that there is nothing players can do about it. While a ToS is legally binding contract it does not however Stand in face of the Consumer Rights Act (UK) and Unfair contract terms (EU) COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 93/13/EEC of 5 April 1993 on unfair terms in consumer contracts.
It pretty much means a company or persons who do not provide the services as promised or offer a reasonable alternative may have action taken against it .

We all know zenimax love a good legal fight and are ultra aggressive in that capacity so good luck to anyone who wishes to take them to court .

I however shall settle for extra crowns next month and a box of fireworks

Sunday the 27th was a nice day where everything worked and I wasn't stuck in loading screens all the time. However, today it's back! Took me half an hour to get in the game. I was so irritated that I just emptied my mail and logged out again.

I was talking to people in my guild and they weren't happy either. You may have fixed it but it only worked for about a day. I just logged in again and there weren't much lag. However it's past midnight on a week day so that's not much to judge by.

Can't log in again. Is it 4th or 5th day in a row now? Can't remember.

Not that it means anything, but cancelling subscription till they fix this.

We're in the middle of a socially important holiday event. Some of us might not get our Witch titles because of this.

I second @goatlyonesub17_ESO unspoken request to extend the time of the Witches Festival by a day to compensate for being ZOS'd again...
