Yeah no, done, The level of trouble shooting I've done to try and complete this quests goes above what any GM could suggest.

I'm in the same boat. I've done all of the quests I can find. I think I therefore have all of the shards. I cannot get Sinmur to spawn no matter what I try. This seems to block all further progress from what I can tell. I've been trying for about a week to get ahold of a GM to assist with this quest. Not so much as a peep.

Hey I finally got past this quest. I've been spamming to join someone who isn't bugged for the past couple of nights. Finally found someone. Jumped in and got it done.

Zenimax seriously needs to address this ASAP. This is a critical quest and you cannot get to the next region without completing this.

thanks green Ill try that, did you abandon and pick it up? And I still need vanus Galaion to show up, I tried grouping with a guildie, and loging out, reloadui, logging out for 15 mins, tping to him logging outside the city and tping to him loggnig outside the zone and tping.

So after a week I finally got past this quest by grouping as a I mentioned above. I thought I was in the clear. Ha - I've been Zenimaxed. Now the next leg - Weight of Three Crowns is bugged for me.

This is absolute garbage. This product is a total piece of junk.

I Will continue to do so, untill this is resolved do you understand that me not being able to level is not only effecting my gameplay but also affecting how I feel about going to resub, I am trying to race my new gm to VR 10 and that cant be done, without extensive running through cyro through the blue and yellow infested land and slaughter fish that want to eat my tail.

First time I tried to abandon the quest and accepted it again, it worked!

*day 4* the trees are starting to talk to me, jo jo my pet monkey that I cant unsummon has began to talk to me, asking when we get to the new zone, I dont know what to tell him, hes starting to look at me like food.

*day 5* The leaves are starting to talk to me, whispers, little murmurs of decietful lies, I will try to hold out as best as I can unable to level anywhere, smashing mobs that dont give xp... I wont .. Give up...

So I just managed to do this quest, without the shard, my constantly rooting him in place, took 15 minutes to kill him.

If you observe a quest that cannot be completed by using the /reloadui command, a soft reset or by abandoning the quest, please search in the Knowledge base if another solution has been listed already for that specific quest. You can do so by typing the name of the quest in the search box on our website or by using the /help command in-game.

If the quest does not come up in the knowledge base, please fill in a bug report. Our teams will then gather information about that quest.

Soft reset: Log out of the game and launcher completely for at least 15 minutes. This will reset the character's instance information and may cause quest NPCs to work properly

Abandon and restart the quest, which also causes quest NPCs and objectives to restart; this generally gets positive results.

OK so here is a email of the incompetence of their CSRS

You may wish to try abandoning the quest and reaccepting it, as well as logging off and back on. If you cannot abandon the quest, it is likely considered a main story quest. We are currently working to fix this issue. In the meantime, you can progress to the next chapter of the storyline by moving ahead to the next area. It is our hope that you will be able to return and complete the affected quest shortly.

There are troubleshooting tips that may help you as we work towards a more permanent solution. We recommend that you try the following:
Typing /reloadui in your chatbox, for graphics or user-interface issues
Typing /camp in your chatbox, which logs you out. By waiting 15 minutes before logging back in, you are performing a soft-reset which will clear out the cache and allow the game to load properly.
You can venture off to complete other quests, allowing time to pass and the greater possibility being able to interact with the NPC
Any of these tips can also apply to other quests or problems that you may have in the future too.

Csrs' like you need more training how to use your brain and help players trouble shoot, the level of frustration and anger that NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE OTHER THAN TOLD TO GO *** MY SELF,

So I guess, Zenimax doesn't have management positions, just a bunch of monkeys that can repeat a book being the front man.

Why you're add it, why dont you get some men in the field to deal with these teleporting *** that are cheating and noone can get their name because THEY ARE TELEPORTING, instead of having all of your CSRS sitting there being useless, because if 5 of them replied with the same copy paste BS, chances are they are all bad...

and why is this in its own box with different font, I mean I apperiacte you trying to mix it up and have the information look a different way, STILL THE SAME INFORMATION.

Also because you fail to help me in making the game playable SO I CAN GET XP, SINCE YOUR CSRS DONT EVEN LOOK AT ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACCOUNT, I have to deal with little *** trolls in certain zone chats, because for one you dont have an unlimited block list, so why even ignore, and 2 I CANT GAIN ACCESS TO THE VET ZONE SO I CAN PROGRESS.
