Said no one who mained a class ever.
I feel that, Radiant aura just needs to be magicka repentance.
We already have 5 piece sets that do this (that are BiS sets like false gods) and decent monster sets that do this (like grundwolf). When you break down players bars for pvp it would infrequently get slotted bcz it requires a corpse, for pve it would just compete a little better with rune for a spot for both a healer and damage dealer, it might make malestrom alittle easier but the difficulty is not the problem with VMA its about staying ahead of the mechanics for that stage. Still gonna rely on RNG to not spawn a flower under you to get flawless conqueror.
What makes repentance fairly decent to begin with is that a tank can get their stamina chewed up while perma blocking and still have stamina bcz the adds are there to charge their stamina back up. In comparison Magicka is not necessarily as needed on demand for any role as stamina is.
At this point i cannot fathom of a good argument for why it should not be a magicka repentance. Just adjust the #s soo that the healing done from each corpse still makes healers necessary.
Having a AoE minor magsteal is a fairly underwhelming application. 10% boost on all stats is also a fairly underwhelming secondary effect. Having that secondary effect get lost on bar swaps is just insult to injury. Knowing that the base skill is just as good as this morph is just cruel.

Aoe minor magsteal is an amazing skill to use in pvp, its basically 600 mag regen for the entire group?

Completely negated by ele drain, which is almost a must by healers.

bring back old incap
make bolstering darkness heal while inside of the circle and only keep the major protection while u leave it
remove the 0.5 cast time on soul tether
now op do you know what we both have in common right now? we are both dreaming.

Hasty Prayer - I'd like if this became a selfish skill. Maybe have it heal only yourself and grant minor expedition for SIX (not five, to match shield duration) seconds.
This might help out with Templar mobility for those of us who refuse to play vampire and fall back on mist form. (Being a Vampire as a Templar is totally against my "power fantasy". I should be the bane of vampires, not one of them)
Radiant Aura - It would be great if the passive bonus from this skill didn't have to be double slotted to grant the 10% bonuses on both bars.
(edit: adding reasoning) Radiant Aura is not a skill that constantly needs to be recast so it belongs on a back bar. If you're hardly ever on that bar, the passives do you no good and thus the skill becomes extremely ineffective. All it takes to make the skill worth slotting is for the passives to be in effect for both bars.
Blazing Shield - Instead of dealing damage based on the amount it absorbs, why not make this a pulsing damage dealer that does X-amount of damage every 2 seconds for 6 seconds?
(edit: adding more explanation) the shield should still be strengethed by the number of opponents hit with the burst on activation. The first burst is on activation, the second is two seconds later, and the third and final burst is as the shield ends.
Solar Barrage - I'd like Solar Barrage to apply minor maim to opponents standing in the AOE.
It would be a nice offensive skill that's also a defensive skill, something that Templars lack. It also fixes another problem; right now Templars have two sources of empower, Solar Flare and Empowering Sweep - this is really redundant and makes no sense. (edit: With the nerd in damage, this will become useful again by adding a debuff to opponents. It also helps fill a gap in magicka Templar debuffs because the stamina Templar is the version that has a staple one.)
Suggestions for templar that aren't nerfs? No way.
I'm ok with this actually. And make one of the morphs of the blazing shield scale with magicka. Wanna shieldstack on my templar too

Prayer is fine as it is, don't need it to be selfish.
Radiant Aura: let's have all the bonuses without slotting the skills... LOL
Shields are defensive tools, not offensive so they must not deal damage.
Let's have all the AoEs granting all the debuffs available... LOL
Edited: typo
