As for how I renamed myself, yeah, I did something stupid. If anyone could please direct me, I would like to know how to properly contact customer support so that I could rename myself something that can be deemed non-offensive and I can carry on playing the game.

Thanks. It's what I do for a living, and I've taught IP law in the past. I usually try to force my fingers away from the keyboard instead of pontificating on the issue, but often people actually do want to know (which is nice, if a bit of a derail).
