It is always happen. Look on your companys and yours. They are afraid of mass legal action from US citiziens - because they have to sell then. You wont see this on EU, its not legaly supported here in Germany.

i can just talk about the local laws hear and the amount of down time is at the point that from a legal perspective in my country that i would not have to pay for the next 30 days of ESO+ just saying

well remember when WoW the first time got out Blizzard was Forced to upgrade and maintain a proper EU server since thy faced a mass legal action from Eu players since thy ware facing the same server problems. can also state that VALVE/ STEAM just lost a Law suit in France Do to their TOS so it is going to happen hear
