Just saying, in EU it doesn't matter what EULA you forced your users to agree in order to get into your product, if it's abusive, you'll get fkd up.
I'd even go further with GDPR compliance, I don't think ZOS is compliant.
If you want to make them unhappy and have some time and money and you're part of EU... you can.

Won’t happen. It’s in the terms and conditions that you agree to that they won’t compensate for things like this.
