Dremora skulls query

    The cooldown's global. Four or Five minutes between skulls, no time off for good behavior.

    I'm not so sure. The cooldown used to be 3 minutes, but I got 5 plunder skulls in a 10 minute run of FG1. So I suspect that the cooldown got tweaked - at least for group dungeon content.

    I think Dungeon skulls might be exempted.

    Also, yeah, you're probably right about three minutes.

    The first boss of
    - final dungeon boss
    - dolmen boss
    - world boss
    - public dungeon boss
    - trial boss
    - arena boss
    - delve boss
    (account-wide, each day) drops a golden skull, so you can get a maximum of seven per day.

    I tested it in public dungeon, I can loot 3 purple plunder skulls in less then 1 minute, after this there is a cooldown around 3 minutes, and after the cooldown I can loot 3 skulls again till new cooldown begins, tested in Forgotten Crypts public dungeon in Deshaan

    last year the purps weren't on a big timer but the gold ones were, i think. I dunno i smoke alot of skooma.

    can the purple skulls also contain the motif pages / treasure maps / writs or only the golden ones?

    Only the Dremora Plunder skulls are going to have the Dremora motifs and maps/writs.

    Regular plunder skulls do seem to drop the new recipes.

    Been playing literally all day.

    Only got one writ.

    At this rate, I just don't see that there's any way to get the witch title on even one character, much less two.

    Umm, it hasn't been in the past...which was why someone created the PST (plunder skull timer) addon.

    I am really hoping they tied it to the daily reset this year, but in the past each dremora plunder skull (the gold ones) was on it's own 20 hr timer, which made tracking it a huge pain in the ass.

    Yeah, I seriously hope these are running on reset this year, as well.

    In fairness, after this event, they did switch over to a reset system for the tickets, so, hopefully it's the same. But, tickets for Witches Festival were also a pain in the ass last year.

    You didn't do enough damage to the Dolmen boss to mark it. I had that happen this morning on one of my lowbie Necromancers.

    You can get up to 7 gold skulls a day.

    I get my first ticket from dolmen boss yesterday. So I guess you get ticket from any boss, as long as you loot it from its corpse.
    Not your real world boss so don't try that. That homicide.

    Doesn't look like there is a cooldown on plunder skulls.

    1. I was in Public Dungeon in Deshan yesterday, and kept farming those bosses, never missed a skull.
    2. Then did a FG1 Run and got skulls on all bosses.
    3. Then did Alkir Dolmens back to back and got skulls on every one.
    4. Then a nMOL run and again Plunder skull on every boss.

    And goes without saying got a Dremora Plunder on last bosse as well as World boss.

    So i guess it's Happygolucky farming time for dem Skulls...

    You can do maelstom on normal and get the reward - no need for vet if you dont want to and on normal it has the difficulty of a delve...

    Stage 7 is still kinda BS on normal. It's a bit more brutal than a delve, but you can mow through the place.

    Both Dremora Plunder Skulls and Event Tickets should reset with the Daily Quest timer.

    Both Dremora Plunder Skulls and Event Tickets should reset with the Daily Quest timer.

    And they do. Just tested it. Got duplicate skulls roughly 16 hours apart.
