Need clarification on disease enchantment fix and a possible bug

Buffs and Debuffs
Diseased: Fixed an issue where this status effect was reporting that it applied Major Defile, when it actually applied Minor Defile.
Does this mean its supposed to give Major but it was giving Minor so theyre fixing that or vice versa? Because right now it only gives Minor Defile.
Also Minor Defile from alchemy poisons dont actually reduce enemy healing taken at all

BetaPsychoSoul Shrivenyes, very strange to me
tested befouled on dummy - combat metrics said that minor defile was applied instead of major
but as i recall befouled has been changed a year or two ago to apply major defile0
