PC EU. Always below 100 ping in overland. Battlegrounds and Dungeons tho... 500+ ping since the latest patch, just unplayable... Is it just me?

SkyMagpie✭✭✭No its not only you, this has been happening to me and my friends too since Sunday. It's really annoying and no one acknowledges that this is an EU-PC problem, since NA works great for me. Dungeons and Trials are currently unplayable on EU for me and many others.
I want to know if this will be fixed or at least addressed with Witches Festival just around the corner. ESO is my fav game and all of my best characters are on EU, I am very distraught by what has been happening in the past three days.1
