Question: Since one of the new crafted sets can only be crafted after you reach a certain point in a quest, does that mean that if the crafting stations are attuned and placed in the guild hall, that users will be blocked from them if they haven't completed the quest, or will anybody be able to use them once the person attuning them has completed the quest?
