Why is damage been decreased from cp bonuses with the more cp you have?
At cp400 you'll get a max of 34% magika or physical damage. At cp 518 max magika or physical damage is 31.4%. At cp810 max magika or physical damage is 25% acquired from the champion points constellation

Because at max you get more damage altogether from all the other stars combined. It's a very much needed approach for new players that have been discriminated against by people who can't seem to fathom the fact that every player is a noob once.0 -
By the progression on how the damage is been lowered. The cp bonuses will just cover for the damage lost. You'll just get more health, mag, and stamina0
