    not sure if someone allready wrote this ( i was to lazy to read the whole thread ) but if you want to gamble just buy crowncrates ;D

    We already have gambling dlc - go click the shiny crown crate lootboxes next to the crown store icon.

    OP here came with an interesting idea and I only see negativism and attacks. I really think it will do increase the fun if we could have such kind of games in eso style. Other games, SP or MMO do have such games so why not eso?
    I'm supporting this idea but can't think atm into developing it more.

    Keep in mind that I do not promote nor encourage to try this irl tho.

    Play of words, Baccarat is a card game, and there is a Khajiit named Bakkhara in the game and also some of the Khajiit races hace raht after.

    Anyhow, I don't know why people are against the idea besides being the usual nay sayers. There is lore friendly illegal activities that take place in Tamriel anyways. There are many ways to have it done, for instance placing bets at the battlegrounds tent. They can integrate "The Elder Scrolls Legends" cards into ESO and just have a mini game that works like a one draw Hold em game. nothing to fancy.

    why? we already have a gambling mechanic, a coin toss if the next patch is going to be good or not

    We don't want casinos, it is just you, we already have crown crates to gamble and anyone that buys them can tell how this goes for them. Oh some guilds have a lotery if you want to gagmble.

    The last suggestion is ladies in the casino like those old time rpgs, you will se the uproar.
    Gambling is a bussines for the one that operetes the gambling so I do not see gambling as anything good to promote even inside a game with fake money.
    I think there is more people that thinks like me even if they from time to time buy some lottery ticket than your guildmates.
    But as some say a card game or something like gwent, I mean I love gwent.

    There is gambling in Stros M'Kai, but player interaction is limited to watching. Be nice to see the sleazy skooma "ish" den in Suran, Morrowind (Circa: Elder Scrolls III) with some dice games or whatever games of chance the smugglers came up with which players could join in the fun; if they dare. You have my vote, if they do it right. Players who aren't interested can always go camp delve bosses while they wait for their friends to finish.
