✭✭✭✭✭NoNo, not really. I go more by user names than avatars, so I don't get users confused because they're using the same avatar. But I do sort of form an impression based on the choice of avatar, even though I know that impression might be wildly inaccurate. If you've ever worked in phone support, you might know how it is when you talk to the customers and form mental pictures of them based on their voices, then you see a picture of them or meet them in person and they're nothing like you'd imagined.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -

✭✭✭Meh. Kinda, but not really. On a scale of one to ten with one being not at all bothered and ten being losing sleep over it, it's maybe a two at most.

. aside from the fact that I had that avatar a few years longer then you ... thanks for this thread really, cause on a whim, I went looking how many avatars we get to chose from nowadays and low and behold - they added puppies! so now, my avatar is a puppy :P because dogs are awesome dirty worthless casual.
