Is there no in-game GMs that can fix these?

You're on a quest at level 45 ish... that you have to complete in order to progress in the main story line (which sounds like zoning into Cold Harbour), and it's been broken for over a week?
And there are nearly 100 people standing there trying to progress through it?
Uh.... shouldn't that be an immediate priority? Actually being able to progress through your game?0 -

That about sums it up.
However, it's not the main story that pops up every 5 levels but it is a progression quest. You don't have to complete it if you can find a port into Coldharbour, which is much easier than getting this quest to work.0 -

Darkstar✭✭The quest can be completed but EVERYONE must move down to reset the quest, then get everyone to run up and kill all the mobs before talking to the npc, even if one person stays up top it will not progress0

Cannot believe it took FOUR DAYS to finally get co-operation of the people there...

The workaround involves organizing 15-20 people. Everytime I have tried to complete this, there is always one person who won't read chat, and kill everything that spawns.0 -

Darkstar✭✭Yeah it does work, and takes allot of time convincing people to work with you, took me and Jay around 2 hours to help around 40 people when we did it, but to be honest your playing an MMO, if people cant cooperate for a single quest then they really shouldnt be playing.0

The fact that you have to travel to another player just to get to Coldharbor is ridiculous. No player(s) should have enough power to hinder another persons game. The fact that this is taking so long to address is an epic fail by zennimax.0
