Please don't delete sets

So ever since ZOS decided it needed to do a skill "audit", skills have gone all over the place- since scalebreaker PTS started, individual skills have been buffed and nerfed by over 100% multiple times. It makes a player feel sick to see these changes happening every week on the PTS. They typically calm down towards the end, but this cycle of whiplash 180 degree random dart-board-chosen balance changes hasn't stopped on their end since they started teasing about it with Elsweyr, and I have no clue if it'll stop within the year. I sure hope to god it does, but my hopes aren't super optimistic.

My plea for mercy to ZOS is to please, please, PLEASE not touch set pieces - at LEAST until you calm down with the skill "audit". they said they had planned a set item "audit" for next year [i think the spring patch?], and if that one is going to be ANYTHING like this one, that means the sets everyone knows and love will be buffed and nerfed by the triple digits back and forth haphazardly for the rest of 2020. Mother's sorrow will probably eat dirt, stuff like releq and siroria may just flat out be deleted, the set piece meta is probably going to be insane next year, and just thinking about it makes me uneasy. As things stand right now I do not trust ZOS to competently go near set item balance, and I hope they avoid doing so at all costs. Set balance isn't perfect right now by a long shot, but compared to what it will likely be next year, we'll look back fondly at the relequen/lokk meta and miss what options we used to have.

I hope ZOS has some kind of roadmap plan for when they will stop doing skill changes like this, and when they will start doing set changes, and then when they'll stop those. Being transparent to the community is great, but as it stands it feels more like we're watching someone throw paint at a canvas in a frenzy while they talk about what they're doing in that moment to fix the painting. I'd rather it be more like an actual plan; when they plan to stop, what their actual end goal is, and when they're going to start working on the next thing, and when that's going to stop. I would appreciate that so much and it would put my concerns for the game at ease for sure.

We've already seen a fraction of a droplet of the ocean waiting for the set "audit" with this random change to sentinel that makes it go from restoring 500 stam to 100something of both magicka and stam, which nobody asked for, wanted, or needed. This is a bad omen to me, but maybe i'm off my rocker. Anyone else have similar or contrasting/hopeful thoughts?

Unfortunately I would say when it comes to them doing any type of real audit to things they do not have a set plan when going into it it's just the dartboard and that's it hopefully they come out on the winning end and players ain't leaving is the only approach so no I have no faith that we're going to be in any good position in this game in 2020

The clueless balances are incredibly irritating. This patch is going to release in an awful state where skill costs make skills useless and people that used to have semi viable builds are constantly punished every patch in the name of "Play how you want" while the 2 most casual play styles are constantly punished for trying to do just that. Werewolf has received a negative balance every patch for like the last 2 years and pet sorc isn't even going to be worth it when you get better damage from 1 skill than one that takes 2 slots.

Support role: "Now we need better group sustain"
Sentinel of Rkugamz "Don't look at me."

BRING BACK THE OLD VEILED HERITANCE.

Forum concerns: Fury, Ravager, Truth, 7th.

Fury - little nerf, but very viable
7th - little nerf but very viable
    Ravager - tweaked
    Truth - untouched

    Veiled - DESTROYED!!!!

Balance is an illusion in a game meant to keep players playing, its meant to change things up so you don't get bored. META changes are what keeps a game going, if we ever stumble on a good balance it would be changed the patch after anyway. The Dragonhold changes are actually fine, if they went live as week 1 it would have been really bad. But a 20% reduction to dots were a fair change considering how strong they were previously. I'll give it another patch to see if they are going to flip the board again tho, not whole lot of faith that we wont see big seeping damage changes again seeing as its been a trend all year.

    IT's not 20%...more like 40%+

33% is what ZOS quoted in patch notes but in real it's more.

I already decided for my self:
If my build will be destroyed by any update i will live the game. I like it and game play on it. But if it will be changed, for example like they change shield breaker set - i will just say " buy buy " and walk away.

I spend a lot of money, time, calculations, exp. to build the build i love to play for myself.

It is not best on dps, but the best for my play style and comfortable for me.

I even am ready to change my DK on sorc, necr, warden but If all my build will be destroyed. All time i spend to make it will be nothing for Zos and if they will wipe it with no respect for me, my time and for time of players that do the same i will say : "Good buy".

My sets for build was not changed for 4 years. It is very old sets and i believe that it will not.

But if even sets that were in game for so long will be changed , than it is no permament in this game, where my race, skills , builds change every month !!!

Stop change old content, it was perfect. Not like new trash last year content you make !

Just look for exampke on Factotun polymorph - when it dance and hit himself by hands - i hear metal sound. So small details but so good made with soul content, it was made with love.

Not like marselok - just blue mobs i already see. Recoliring old mobs is not good new content you know ?
It is like : do not want to do my job, need to make some thing, just like some thing is made. Better do not do anything !
Just do not do anything !!! Get your money for just do nothing !!! It is much more better than do staff like that and just do not destroy old good content.

Leave old content, sets , skills alone.

Do some thing better or even just do not do anything !!! do not breake thingth that were good. And that were better, than all you do for this year.

Add new better sets, do not fix any thing in old sets and content.

And stop nerf old dlc dunguans.

People on 160 cp could do it.

Let the people see that as good, as perfect and as hard as we saw it. Make tham proud to make it. To fill all love we fill when we win that content.

Do not make it the same trash like new content you make.

Stop make all bosses like The Planar Inhibitor is now.

It is just mob with no need in tacticks.

Just stay and hit. What ? What the hell is it?

Dummy ? We already have it in our houses.

    It is DLC dunguan boss.

    Show respect to him !!!
