i swear in earlier PTS patсhes i saw 1 additional rank for last story quest of this year
but now on PTS there is only 6 ranks same as on live

josh.lackey_ESO✭✭✭✭✭It would be a cool idea, though. A DLC that adds 4 ranks of Soul Magic and continues the Vestige storyline. I always thought the "paragon of Nirn" stuff was one of the most interesting stories in the game. It went into the mechanics and metaphysics of the Elder Scrolls universe. It explained the unique powers of the Vestige, the Soul Shriven, and the Daedra.
