Is all incoming pve damage considered weapon damage?

    Yes, all PVE enemies calculate their damage from their Weapon Damage. This can be reduced by the Mending set, Weakening enchant, or the Nightblade skill Power Extraction, to make them deal less damage. They do not have a Spell Damage stat, even magic attacks are based on their weapon damage.

    Yeah, mostly what @WrathOfInnos said.

    All their outgoing damage scales on Weapon Damage.
    They do not have a Spell Damage stat, even magic attacks are based on their weapon damage.

    This is correct, but it's worth stressing your Spell Resist stat will still apply to those attacks and your Phys resist will not.
