ZOS, one of the major issues with events taking place in Imperial City and Cyrodiil was loading screen deaths.
Imperial City: players were dying while in loading screens while transitioning out of that home base or from the districts down to the sewers.
Cyrodiil: players were dying while in loading screens where town questgivers are located inside buildings.
The Devs have taken action on this before.
Cyrodiil resources had their doors removed.
Imperial City platforms had gap-closers suppressed or sanctuary effects applied.
There's a couple ways this could be extended to current problem areas based on what we've seen in other areas.
A. Longer-lasting sanctuary effects
B. Moving quest NPCs outside of buildings
C. Opening up the buildings so they don't require a transition loading screen
D. Proper suppression of all gap closers on platforms.
E. Add sanctuary effects to all quest giver buildings
In order to promote consistency and to give players a better experience than dying in a loading screen with literally no counterplay, can the Devs please reevaluate transitions and problem areas in Cyrodiil? Players ought to have the option to fight back in any area where they can be attacked or, if they must deal with a loading screen taking away control of their character, they ought to be completely safe.
