Pretty sure zos is clear on cc being on spamables. They removed it on frag, they removed it on clench and now they've done it to dizzy.
If you want a stun, learn to time a medium weave or slot the fighters guild fear.
I slot that fear. It doesn’t even hold them for 1 gcd. Have you used it? Even combined with dizzy swing it doesn’t lock down a single potato.
Landing a dizzy swing is not easy. If you are filled with them in your death recap, bind “break free” to a key or become more situationally aware.
Sincerely, a pvp noob that doesn’t get killed or get any kills from dizzy swing.

2h already has a spammable, it doesn't need 2.

2h has a spammable? apart from dizzy?

Carve. It just needs adjusting again.

Isn't carve an aoe? with a morph with a dot?
Pretty sure its not on the level of a spamable

Lets not pretend that dizzy spam 'isn't easy' I use the skill on basically all my stam toons right now its overperforming that much. It's literally a 1 button wonder at the moment, a spam skill that has a 7m range, cc's and can easily run a 16k tooltip.
ReasonableYes. It is too strong with the large damage and CC together. It's easy to use, especially now that they had reduced the cast time twice and it's now at .8 sec. All these folks talking about how easy it is to avoid, it can be in some situations, but also easy to just keep spamming it and waiting for knockdown and easy kill. It is fun to use, I enjoy it, but let's not pretend it's not a bit too strong.
I do think they should have left one morph with CC and low damage and the other morph high damage and no CC.

Pick one. DS is all 3.

Wait, how is it an execute? Is there an execute mechanic that works with DS that I’m not thinking of, because it’s not in the ability/morph descriptions.

Not to worry, they have also said that the following were executes as well: streak, swarm, jabs, shards, force siphon and trapping webs... so. Yeah, grain of salt there.

Well, if it is being spammed on you in every PvP encounter like your post history suggests - maybe, just maybe just moving ever so slightly or even roll dodging to the left or right might actually be more vital than just standing still (sadder) and letting it be spammed on you.
Sounds like you must be relying on it for all your cheap, easy kills.
I love the deniers. Yeah, you're right. I just stand there and let it be spammed on me.
Interesting that i not once denied it, care to point it out? Just pointing out how you have well over 70+ comments complaining about Dizzy, mostly in a 1v1 situation. Interesting that the biggest counter to it is a simple roll dodge. Also, i prefer Bash. As stated above, combos well into shalks and gripping shards quite well and can dish out more damage twice as fast for just as cheap. So please, focus on the one that can be easily countered. Makes my kills come that much easier as you throw your tantrums and turn a blind eye.

Yes. Again, I just stand there and get hit by them. I also made 70+ comments a day complaining about your precious move that you might as well have slotted on every button. You're absolutely right. Sorry about talking bad about your move that you rely on for easy, cheesey kills. Have you ever killed anyone that's halfway decent without knocking them back, stunning/CCing them, and executing them instantly afterwards? Just wondering. You're pretty defensive about your crutch move here.

Previously, reflects were allowing for extremely unhealthy gameplay that granted the caster an effective 100% damage mitigation on top of the ability to return harmful damaging or controlling effects back at their caster.

When buffed it's usually over 5k. And when morphed into accelerating drain it hits every 0,7 sec. That means in first 0,7 second from the moment You're clicking it You'll get 2 ticks which is over 10k tooltip which is already higher then regular spammable abilities still within global cooldown. In 1,4 second You'll get damage comparable or higher then dmg of dizzying swing. So You basically have undodgable high damage , cheap , healing stun that goes through dodge plus gives You 20 second of minor expedition. That sounds like slightly too much especially for setups that have abilities with delayed burst which can cast their burst damage ability plus some ult and then use drain while their DoTs are already ticking on enemy creating basically unavoidable burst combo.
If ZoS wanted to get rid of damaging abilities that also have stuns or abilities that allows for too strong burst combos too quickly and too easy then this ability should be on that list.
